I genuinely appreciate the Ed Leader's Diary & Planner; it's thorough and allows me to schedule meetings for each room effortlessly, while maintaining an organised routine. The monthly focus concepts have been a significant time-saver. They help me to understand my role and enable myself and my team to work more efficiently with continuous improvement.
I find that the reflection questions in the diary are excellent for helping educators enhance their reflective practices. The questions are comprehensive, covering a wide range of topics that we can explore throughout each month.
