EduTribe is a community built to support early childhood educators. We created EduTribe to bring educators together in a space where you can find the support, resources and learning opportunities you need. We know the work you do is invaluable and our goal is to make it easier for you.

By sharing One Tree’s resources and expertise, completely free, we’re dedicated to helping you thrive in your role.

Back in 2020, the CEO of One Tree Community Services, and her executive assistant imagined a community set up for educators to support the important work they do. They wanted the reach to be far and wide, so decided to create an online community. Initially they wanted to just provide resources for educators, and then COVID-19 struck. Educators became scarce, so they (along with other One Tree staff) pioneered the idea of using Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) educators.

From this success, EduTribe began linking employers with educators. This is something that we hope to do more of in the future.
